Steve Berry is a full time professional ASHI Certified Home Inspector.
Steve has been a home remodeler / contractor in the Washington DC area for over 30 years. He began inspecting homes with Jeremy Provan in 2021 and acquired ProVantage in 2022. He discovered in the process that he has a passion for inspecting homes, which has motivated him to continue improving his skills, including the skills of providing mold and radon testing. Additionally, Steve is now certified with the ASA Engineering Group, LLC ( https://asa-engineeringgroup.com/ ) to collect structural data which can be used to provide a structural engineering report on your property.

Hello, my name is Jeremy Provan. I started ProVantage Home Inspections in 2005. After working for another inspector for a few years, I developed a desire to perform my inspections at a higher level than the minimum standards require.
